The Firm assists you with all of your labor & employment law and social security law matters as an advisor: terminations of contracts, hiring, separation plans, collective compensation, working time (assistance with plans to be implemented, negotiation of working hour agreements, risk management), drafting of employment contracts, risk audits in the context of an acquisition or internal changes, health/safety: harassment, sexist behavior, burn-out, especially prevention and internal investigations, accidents at work and occupational illnesses, retirement, relations with protected employees, relations with Economic and Social Committees and union representatives (organization of elections, information/consultation, negotiation, risk management), profit sharing, pension management, cost optimization.
The Firm also has an extensive pre-litigation and litigation practice and assists you with negotiating departures and with all of your actions before the industrial tribunals, Appeal Courts, and Courts of First Instance (social security litigation and Article 145 of the French Code of Civil Procedure) in all of metropolitan France and the overseas territories
