Elsa is a member of the Paris Bar and assists her customers in resolving their disputes.
It defends individuals and legal entities before civil, commercial and criminal courts, before which it regularly pleads.
With significant experience in insolvency law, she defends the interests of debtors and creditors in both amicable (mandat ad hoc and conciliation) and judicial contexts (sauvegarde, redressement and liquidation).
Elsa has also developed a recognized expertise in communications and press law.
A specialist in e-reputation, she has defended the image and reputation of leading politicians on the Internet and in the media.
Before co-founding Aleph Avocats, Elsa worked for nearly 7 years in international law firms in London and Paris (Simmons & Simmons, Linklaters and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei for over 5 years).
Alongside her work as a lawyer, Elsa provides pro bono support to La Maison des Femmes de Paris, an association for which she has set up a legal hotline and run workshops to help women in difficulty assert their rights more effectively.
She is a graduate of the LL.M. International Business Law – Singapore from Insead / Assas, a Master II in Business Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, a double Master I in Law and Management from Université Paris Dauphine and a Certificate in International Legal Studies from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas.
