Sarah works with many well-known players (start-ups, companies or individuals) in the new technologies sector. Our team will support you on both legal and regulatory issues, working closely with experts in technology, accounting, tax and public affairs.

Sarah has developed international expertise in the new technologies sector, including blockchain, FinTech and artificial intelligence, in both French and English law.

Sarah has European certification in personal data protection (RGPD and e-privacy) and Web Developer certification. She also participates in concrete actions in these sectors through her involvement in trade associations and public affairs work with lobbying firms. For example, she has worked in the process of drafting the European legislative package dealing with crypto-assets (MiCA, TFR) since 2020.
