Elsa assists you with business litigation, insolvency and restructuring, press law disputes and online reputation.
As an attorney registered with the Paris Bar, Elsa assists her clients in the resolution of their disputes.
She defends companies and private individuals alike before civil, business and criminal courts before which she regularly appears and pleads.
With significant experience in restructuring law, she defends the interests of debtors or creditors both in the opening of out-of-court proceedings (mandat ad hoc proceedings or conciliation proceedings) or in the opening of court-monitored proceedings (safeguard proceedings, rehabilitation proceedings or liquidation proceedings).
Elsa has also developed a recognized practice in communication and press law.
As a specialist in online reputation, she has notably defended the image and reputation of leading French politicians on the internet and in the media.
Before co-founding Aleph Avocats, Elsa has worked for nearly seven years for international law firms in London and Paris (Simmons & Simmons, Linklaters and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei for over five years).
In addition to her work as an attorney, Elsa provides pro bono assistance to La Maison des Femmes de Paris, an NGO where she has set up a legal department and regularly leads workshops to help women in need with their legal needs.
She holds an LL.M. International Business Law – Singapore from INSEAD / Assas, a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, a double Master I in Law and Management from the University of Paris Dauphine and a Certificate of International Legal Studies from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas.
