Franck Guyonnet-Dupérat, Attorney at law, registered at the Paris Bar, supports you in your merger & acquisition and fund raising operations, whether you are the target company or the investor, and in corporate law in the broader sense, with the reorganization of companies and associations or in insolvency proceedings.

Franck specializes in supporting foreign structures intending to develop a presence in Europe through a fund raising or acquisition operation, in negotiating and drafting the legal documentation related to these operations, and, in particular, letters of intent (MOU or LOI), transfer agreements, asset and liability guarantees, and shareholder agreements.

Franck is also expanding his activities to business litigation with the idea that being very well versed in corporate law litigation will enable him to better assist his clients in the consulting phase.
Franck has many Asian and English-speaking clients. He speaks fluent English.

Franck has worked for nearly 10 years in French and international business firms in Paris, Singapore, and Shanghai.
